Art Camp! 2026 Registration Form

Camp runs from Monday June 29 - Friday July 3, 2026.

Morning Session: 9 AM - 11:30 AM | Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

Afternoon Session: 1 PM - 3:30 PM | 3rd Grade - 5th Grade

These groupings are based on the grade level completed in the academic year 2025 - 2026.

If your child is attending Daposka Ahnkodapi summer school, they will be attending Art Camp you do not need to fill out this form.

To register more than one child, you will need to fill out one form each.
